Have you ever tried painting with the Shimmer Paint? Join me tonight to see how this fun technique will make your stamped images come to life with Sparkly and Shine!
I did the technique and created 2 different versions of the card. On this vertical version I used the Stitched Rectangles to die cut out my stamped and painted image. I also used the Retiring Tuft Embossing Folder on the bottom half of the card.
The Highland Heather Shimmer Paint is so sparkly I couldn’t get a good picture of it; I’m hoping the video tonight will be better.
The Gorgeous Grape Striped Ribbon is also on the Retiring list.
On this horizontal version I kept the Highland Heather card stock plain and just added a couple of Pearls to the side. I also added a couple of Pearls around the painted image.
The Shimmer Paint Colors are: Highland Heather, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody and Pear Pizzazz. The Shimmer Paint create beautiful sparkle on a beautiful card.
The Hello Sentiment if from the Accented Blooms stamp set and I used the Stamparatus to get a nice dark clean stamped image. I then used the Tailored Tag punch; to punch it out and pop it up on the card front.

You will also want the Thick Whisper White card stock or Shimmer White card stock for this technique.
