Another Prized Peony Bundle card for you today.  You are probably wondering why so many Prized Peony cards?  Well, this is my featured stamp set for July and I just want to make sure you see just how pretty this bundle is and all the different techniques and cards you can create with it.  In my opinion it is the perfect set to have on hand.

I decided to do a bit of a technique with today’s card as well.  See how I colored the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper with the Petal Pink Blends.  Just that little bit of coloring gives this paper piece a whole new look and feel.

I decided to give my flower the same look as my background paper by stamping the smaller flower from the Prized Peony stamp set in Basic Gray ink on Whisper White card stock.  Then I just colored in the flower part with the Petal Pink Blends.  The Prized Peony Bundle has the coordinating die to die cut out the flower.

You may not have noticed but the circle that I popped it up on was embossed with the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder.

See that beautiful scallop border across the bottom of the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper I embossed that as well.

The Birthday Wishes sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthday’s stamp set and I used the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch to punch the end for both the Whisper White and the Basic Gray card stock strips.

Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon makes the perfect bow for this card and is just subtle enough that it doesn’t overpower the look and feel of the card.
