Sale-a-bration Day To Celebrate Graduation Card Making Inspiration

Graduation card making inspiration

When I saw the Days to Celebrate Sale-a-bration Free Stamp Set I knew right away I was going to create a graduation card.  Is it just me or did you get the Graduation card making inspiration when you looked at the stamp set?

When I saw the ribbon I immediately was thinking tassel for a graduation hat.   To create the hat I just cut a piece of Real Red cardstock 1 1/2″ X 1 1/2″ and attached it to my card front on the diagonal.    I used the antique pearls to represent the button on the top of the hat and a few between the congrats sentiments.

I created my own background paper using the congrats sentiment and the real red ink pad.  I just randomly stamped the sentiment and added a few of the antique pearls between the words.  You can easily create this card for any school colors.  Graduation cards probably aren’t on your radar right now, but trust me the season will be here before you know it.
