Would you like to create six Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper birthday cards in a flash?  Did you catch my Thursday night One Sheet Wonder class? If you missed it no worries you can catch it here in today’s article.

This month in my Stamp Camp at Home Card Club kit I’m featuring the Unbounded Beauty paper, the 2024-2026 In Color Resin dots, and enough of the In Color ribbon to create the club card kits.   Every Thursday at 8:00PM EST on my YouTube Channel “The Stamp Camp” I create a set of cards using the one sheet wonder technique and the club members have access to the download project sheet for the measurements and one sheet wonder pattern.  If you would like more information about my card club, see this post HERE.

Last night’s cards were a bit of create on the fly as I did not know how they were going to all turn out.   I’m pleased with the results, and I hope you will be too.  Each of the cards is cut the exact same way, so if there is one card you like best you can create all 6 of them the same.

When all the cards were completed for the night, I ended up with three horizontal Pretty in Pink cards and three vertical Summer Splash cards.  This paper pack consist of all the new In Colors and is right up my color alley.  I love the pinks, blues, greens, and orange colors in the prints.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these birthday cards and I’ll point out the differences:

Before we start looking at the cards, I’ll point out how the Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper was cut.  I began by cutting it into 3 strips that were 4″ X 12″ and then cut those into 4″ X 5 1/4″ and then each piece was cut on the diagonal corner to corner.

For this card I adhered the pieces to the Pretty in Pink card base, so they all fit together tightly and just flipped the two outside edge pieces showing the reverse side of the print.   The die cut piece, and the sentiment are all from the coordinating Unbounded Love Bundle, which is part of the Unbounded Beauty suite of products.

This is the exact same version as the first card, except it was adhered to Summer Splash cardstock and I rotated the card to be a vertical card instead of horizontal.  On both cards I added a piece of the coordinating In Color ribbon behind the sentiment piece.

For this card and the next one, I spaced out the designer series paper pieces to create a faux tile effect or the look of grout maybe.    I also decided not to flip the outside pieces giving a more monochromatic effect.

For the Summer Splash card, I did flip the outside pieces and turned it vertically.  The sentiment die cut piece is again from the Unbounded Love bundle which has some awesome die cuts and sentiments in the bundle.  This has become my go to bundle for my cards lately.

For the final two cards I added a piece of Basic White cardstock behind the designer series paper pieces to add another color and layer to the cards.  I also brought in the Flowers of Beauty bundle which has some nice intricate die cut pieces.  I added a Pretty in Pink die cut piece to this card and after looking at it, I think I should have turned this card and made it vertical, and the pink die cut would have been way more visual on the card front as it would have went across the Summer Splash section and not got lost in the bolder print.

This was the last card and yes, I did cut it on the diagonal and I really wasn’t thinking when I adhered it to the Basic White base.  You can’t see the cuts and I basically just attached it the way it was before cutting it, hahaha.  I should have attached the pieces to the outside edge of the white cardstock and then it would have the faux grout or tile look as the white would have shown through the cuts, like the second batch of cards.  I added another die cut from the Flowers of Beauty bundle and it is sort of lost.

Let’s talk about the sentiment piece on these last two cards.  How did I get that look?  The first thing I did was stamp the sentiment onto a strip of Basic white cardstock and then I attached that to a wider strip of the In Color cardstock and then die cut it using one of the framelit dies from the Unbounded Love bundle.

I really think all the cards turned out pretty nice.  Yes, the last two cards could have been better. but that is how we all learn, trial and error and you can now go ahead and create your six Unbounded Beauty One Sheet Wonder cards exactly how you like them.
