Six Season of Green & Gold One Sheet Wonder Fun Fold Cards

Fun Fold One Sheet Wonder cards

Did you happen to catch last night’s One Sheet Wonder video using the Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper. This is my featured paper pack for my November Stamp Camp at Home Card Club Kits, and it is beautiful paper with a bit of gold foiling running through it; so pretty!

These cards were created from just one 12 X 12 sheet of the paper and each card is cut the same and the layout is the same, just changed direction on a couple.  This is the corner flip fun fold card and works great with this paper pack.  Each card has a different sentiment piece on it making it different from the next.  You can easily make all the cards the same and use the same sentiment layout, I just wanted to show you all the options I came up with, so you can choose which way you like best.

Let’s take a closer look at each of these fun fold cards:

For the first card I added a piece of Very Vanilla behind the Season of Green & Gold paper and hand cut the greenery from another piece of the paper in the pack.  This particular print had little vanilla berries in with the greenery and I thought they would be pretty with a little pop or red, so I colored them with my Real Red blends, and slipped them behind the corner fold.

My sentiment was stamped onto Mossy Meadow cardstock using Versamark ink and then embossed in gold.  This was die cut using the coordinating Seasons Greetings bundle.  The gold bow is some gold twine I’ve had that has since retired.  The good news is you can find a really pretty gold twine in the online exclusive products, so make sure to check that out.

To finish off the card I added a couple of the Cherry Cobbler Adhesive-backed dots which are part of the suite.

For card #2 I changed the direction of my card and went horizontally.  The corner fold is still in the upper right-hand corner, and I accented it with the gold die cut and the gold embossing on the Mossy Meadow die cut piece.  I used the Pearl adhesive-backed dots on this card; they are part of the pack with the Cherry Cobbler Berries.

Card #3 is also horizontal and this time I added a sprig of greenery from the paper pack.   This pack of paper has dies that match the prints, so you can easily die cut the different greenery and the bells from the paper or hand cut them out, the choice is yours.  I added the Cherry Cobbler berries to this card.

Card #4 was a bit more challenging for me, but in the end it didn’t turn out too bad.  This time I gold embossed the sentiment onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and then added this to a Mossy Meadow die cut piece.  In person this card looks much nicer, the camera didn’t give this one a good look.

For card #5 I moved the sentiment piece down a bit and added a sprig of the greenery behind the corner flip.  I also went with the Cherry Cobbler berries on this card.   I’m not sure what it is about gold foil and embossing, but I really like it and how elegant the cards all look.

Card #6 has all the bells and whistles on it; like card #1 except I added a bit more greenery to the corner flip and I chose a different greenery which didn’t have the berries on it.  I also left off the gold die cut and just went with the gold embossed Mossy Meadow die cut piece.
