First up was your basic matchbook card using the beautiful Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper.  What is so special about this particular piece of designer series paper?  Well, it is gorgeous on both sides, it can be flipped to reveal either side, and it is non-directional, so it is great for any time of fun fold design.

After creating this card, I think next time I would not adhere the focal point to the card front, but instead use the Stamping Dimensionals to raise it up and center it more on the card front.

The inside is just as pretty as the outside with this gorgeous print.  The closure on this card was created by applying a small bead of glue just above the score line, this seals the flap up, but you still have the ability to slip the top of the card into the flap.

For the second card I used the Countryside Corners dies to hold my matchbook card closed.  I also flipped the Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper to showcase both sides of the print and used another piece of paper from the pack to hand-cut out my images.

For the inside I added a hand-cut flower from the paper pack and still left plenty of room to stamp or write your message.  By leaving off a sentiment from this card, I have the ability to use it for any occasion I might having coming up.

The third card might look more technical, but trust me these are all simple stamping designs anyone can master.   This card reminds me of a present, especially with it’s ribbon closure.   It is all tied up to reveal the gorgeous pop-up feature on the inside.
