Today’s card features the Christmas Chick from the Birds of a Feather stamp set from Stampin’ Up! So far this week I’ve showed you the Pirate Duck, Tom Turkey and today the Christmas Chick and tomorrow will be Valentine Chic. The Birds of a Feather stamp set will take you from Halloween to Valentine’s Day with these 4 super cute critters.
I so wanted to make this stamp set a featured stamp set of the month but it does not have a coordinating punch or framelit dies so I will be showing you different cards this week/month and you’ll find the PDF Files in the Subscribers Only Album. If you do not own this stamp set yet and want to use the PDF files; please consider placing your order for this set from me. If you have ever written PDF files you know the amount of time that it takes in creating the content and then writing up instructions. Any size order would be greatly appreciated!
Yesterday’s card was a fun fold card; today’s card is a gift card holder. Christmas is when I create the most gift card holders as I usually give out quite a bit of gift cards and it is nice to wrap them up beautifully with a card/gift card holder all in one.
This is the inside showing where the gift card holder fits.
Here are the colors used to color in my Christmas Chick:
- Balmy Blue
- Daffodil Delight
- Pumpkin Pie
- Real Red
Tomorrow you will see all 4 cards done using similar products and they all coordinate and have a unique fold of layout. A great card collection to send out or give to someone as a gift.
Here is your shopping list:
