The Happy Valentine’s Day sentiment is from the Wacky Wishes Hostess Set; which you can get for FREE if you host a Stampin’ Up! class.
The Hearts are from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and framelits bundle #131098 $42.95 or #131097 $36.95. The little Love Sentiment is from the Fabulous Phrases stamp set #117002 $37.95 or #120501 $26.95.
I decided to bling out the heart with the Pearls. Here is a close up of the blinged heart:
