fall themed cards with the Paper Pumpkin kit

Are you a Paper Pumpkin subscriber? If you are not, you might just want to give it a try. The September kit is full of Fall themed cards that will brighten the recipient’s day.   This month’s kit is full of those gorgeous fall colors of golds, copper, yellows, orange, red, and greens, you know the colors that let you know Fall is in the air because of the rich colors it brings.

This month’s kit consist of three different card designs and you will create 3 of each design for a total of 9 cards.  Now not every month is cards, so if you prefer to only get the kits that are cards then you will want to be a subscriber of mine; because I will let you know a bit about what is coming in the next month so if you wish to put your subscription on hold for a month you can do that.

These kits are super quick and easy to assemble, and anyone can create beautiful cards no matter your skill level.   I’ve given these kits as gifts to family and friends who are hard to buy for or love to do crafts but don’t want to purchase a lot of supplies.  The beauty of Paper Pumpkin is everything you need comes in the tiny box that is delivered right to your front door.

Let’s take a closer look at each of the 3 Fall Themed Cards in this months Card kit:

This was the first card to create in the instructions, which are super easy to follow along with.  This card is a smaller card than you are probably used to.  This is a 4 1/4″ X 4 1/4″ card and no worries as it comes with a gorgeous coordinating envelope.   The colors on these cards are so rich you can’t help but think of Fall and the Fall festivities.  When I think of Fall, I think of leaves changing colors, raking leaves and the kids jumping in the leaves, hot chocolate, hayrides, apple orchard and pumpkin patches.  These are all favorite activities for my family.  We still all go out to the apple orchard every Fall and pick apples off the trees.  This has become a family tradition, and we are now doing it with the grandkids as well.

Thinking of you, the perfect card to send to someone you have been praying for or who has been on your mind.  These fall themed cards are sure to brighten their day and put a smile on their face.  We all love to go to the mailbox and find a nice handmade card instead of bills, at least I sure do.  Each of these cards has some of that beautiful copper foiling running through it, which gives it that rich looking color and reminds me of Fall.

This final card is the perfect masculine card with its cut log and beautiful fall-colored leaves.  Maybe you have a handyman who helps you out with your yard work, this would be the perfect Thank You card to give to him, just to let him know you appreciate his help.

Each card in the kit has coordinating envelopes that are just as beautiful as the cards themselves.  There are many ways that you can use these envelopes other than as envelopes; like using them on card fronts which would give you even more beautiful cards with this kit.  All you would need to expand your kit and make more cards is by adding in some coordinating cardstock for the card bases and any additional layering cardstock that you would like to add,

There are many demonstrators out there that will give you lots of alternatives for your supplies in your kit; but I like to let you create the kit and I will then take the stamp set and other supplies you might already have on hand and show you different cards you can create with the stamp set from your kit.  These kits keep on giving however you choose to use them.  The stamp sets are great to have on hand, and they will expand your sentiments and inside sentiments to your stamp collection.
