I used the Sunny Springs Cards & Envelopes for the card base on my create on the fly card, for the event you will need the Calming Creek Cards & Envelopes.  I did use the Sayings Something Ephemera Pack for the sentiment.

My lovely card I created with the card making ephemera set went out to my sister-in-law for her birthday.  I have been sick for the last week with a very bad cold and decided to go out to the cottage while I was sick to rest.  While there I knew I needed to create a birthday card for my sister-in-law and didn’t have much on hand, but I did remember I had the new Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack and the Sunny Springs Cards & Envelopes pack.  I do keep a few supplies at the cottage so if needed I can create.  I opened the packages up and knew right away I wanted to go with these beautiful roses, and they went perfectly with this card base.

I also had the Nested Essentials dies on hand, was wondering where they were, that’s the problem with bring things back and forth from the cottage things get forgotten a lot!   I did cut the Crushed Curry and Lemon Lolly cardstock using the dies and made them my focal point for the sentiment and added the roses to accent it.  I keep an assortment of each color family at the cottage, so I knew I had some coordinating cardstock to use.

I hope my sister-in-law will think it is a beautiful birthday card, since she sent me such a pretty card for my birthday.  Yes, my sister-in-law and I share the same birthday, September 24, anyone else share our birthday?  Happy Birthday to You!
