Today’s card was done using a faux Rainbow Technique.
You may or may not have seen Stampin’ Up!s video tutorial called the Rainbow Stamping. Here it is if you haven’t seen it yet:
I did the Rainbow Stamping technique just like they showed in the video; but thought it was a little time consuming and a little bit too much work; so I came up with the Faux Rainbow Stamping Technique.
Here is the video on that:
The colors I used on today’s card are just like the ones Stampin’ Up! used in their video; Bermuda Bay, Rich Razzleberry, Tangerine Tango and Melon Mambo.
The stamp set used is the hostess exclusive A Whole Lot of Lovely.
The ribbon is the Melon Mambo satin ribbon.
I added a little pearl to each one of the flower centers.
I used the Circles Collection framelits to create the Bermuda Bay circle.
I also did this technique on Bill’s Birthday card that I showed you last week; remember this:
The re-inker colors I used on this card was: Soft Suede, Garden Green and Crumb Cake to give it a camouflaged color.

I love the card! The colors are so bright and cheery, not to mention fun and easy to do!
Thanks, it sure was a hit at my downline meeting last week as well. I can’t wait to see what everyone made with their sample. Stay tuned. 🙂
