What a fun bundle to help celebrate the New Year, Graduation, 4th of July, Wedding and the list goes on! I think this is one of those bundles you think might just sit on the shelf, but once you get started, I know you will love all the celebrations you can use this sweet bundle for!
The dies in this bundle create those fireworks and with a little bling behind the die cuts you can just envision the sky lighting up to help celebrate any occasion. I love Night of Navy and Silver together and with this being fireworks and the night sky I think this color combination is a win, win!
If you love to create simple handmade cards, then this is the card for you! It really doesn’t get much simpler than this! Just die cut the Night of Navy cardstock randomly with the dies and attach to a piece of Silver Glitter or Glimmer paper, add your sentiment, and embellish as desired.
To embellish my card, I used the Silver Festive Pearls and the Silver and White Sheer Ribbon from the Mini Catalog, which is also on the Carry Over list. I wanted to keep my ribbon tails longer than usual so that it felt like they were part of the fireworks streaming down the card front.
If you love clean and simple handmade cards, I think this card fits the bill for that. Sometimes simple is all you need to send just the right message, whether it is to let the recipient know you are thinking of them or just shouting out congrats or in this case Happy New Year! We all love to celebrate happy occasions and why not send a card you probably normally wouldn’t send, but you know will bring a smile to the recipient’s face, because you were thinking of them!

I also want to point out that I used Circle punches for my Sentiment piece, I used the 2″ punch and the 2 1/4″ punch which is no longer available. In the shopping list I put the 2 3/8″ circle punch, which you could use it will just give you a slightly larger circle than the one I have shown. You could also substitute the Stylish Shapes dies for the circle punches. Use what you have on hand and purchase those items that you don’t have a close match to.
