It’s time to think outside the box and create a fun shape card with the Countryside Corners Bundle.   Are you bored with the same o’ same o’ cards?  I have the perfect escape card for you to create and get outside of the rut and maybe even expand your creativity with a new card shape.  With the Countryside Corners Dies you can create a fun new card shape in a variety of sizes.  With 6 different frame sizes in this die set you can create a whole array of shape cards from large, medium, to small in a matter of minutes.  No worries if shapes aren’t your thing I will show you how you can take this shape card and turn it into a full size regular card as well.

This month in my Stamp Camp At Home Card Club I’m featuring the Countryside Inn Designers Series Paper stack which is part of the suite of products in the Countryside Inn Suite Collection, where you will find the Countryside Corners Bundle.  You still have time to subscribe to my club.   One of my Card Club Member perks is Club members receive access to bonus PDF files, video tutorials and patterns via my Photo Gallery here on my blog.  I consider this a huge benefit for club members; free PDF files, we all love free.  They receive the password to the album in their kit as well as in an email that gets sent out when their kit has shipped.

For the inside I used the dies to create the coordinating shape for the inside and also added the stamped edge to bring in some decoration to the inside as well.  Wouldn’t you like to receive a fun shaped card like this?

The sentiment on this card is from the Go To Greetings stamp set which I also used for all my cards in this month’s club kit as well.  The gems are from the New In Color Dots; they are the Boho Blue dots.

Now I said if you do not like shape cards and like the more traditional shape of cards I would show you how you can take this shape card and turn it into a regular sized card.

There you have it.  This is a regular 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″ card with the shape card on top.  Super easy.  I used the coordinating Misty Moonlight cardstock and the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper to create my card base and added the shape to the top.

So no matter how you use your shape card with a background card base or without it gives a whole new spin and a regular ole card; don’t you think?
