I have another fun fold card to share with you using the Blessings of Home stamp set and the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper. We all love fun fold cards and this one is super sweet because it is also a fun fold birthday card! This is a Gatefold card with Panels; not sure what it is called but it has two panels on the front and each panel opens in a different direction.
This picture should help to clear up what it was I was talking about. At least I hope it does. The top panel slides between the die cut piece and the card front so the die cut center piece helps to hold the card closed.
This was one of the prints from the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper pack that I hadn’t used yet.
Here are some measurements to help you with this card:
Garden Green Base: 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″ score each end at 2 1/8″
Basic White Panel: 2 1/4″ X 3 3/4″
Heart & Home Designer Series Paper Panel: 2″ X 3 1/2″
Here’s a close up of the flower image. You can’t see from the picture but I did add Wink of Stella to the flowers. The colors I used for the flowers were: Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Flirty Flamingo and Granny Apple Green.
The card base and color in the designer paper is Garden Green.
A little added shimmer and shine with the Iridescent Rhinestones. Also, on the inside I added a piece of the designer series paper across the bottom of a piece of Basic White cardstock.
