Happy Graduation!

Monday, May 28, 2012

I made today’s card sample for my friend France’s daughter Nika; who graduated this past week from High School. Congrats Nika!

This is a quick and easy cris cross card and makes a nice graduation card. The stamp set I used is retired; sorry. To create this type of Cris Cross card simply cut a piece of 12 X 12 card stock 4 1/4″ X 12″ and score at 4 1/4″ and at 8 1/2″. Next you will cut a diagonal cut from the 4 1/4″ score line and the 8 1/2″ score line to the outside edge. Run the sticky strip across the bottom center and the longer diagonal flap. Fold the smaller diagonal flap in and then cross the longer diangonal flap over the top. I would be more than happy to do a video tutorial on this if that helps you.

I hope you are enjoying this holiday weekend with family and friends.

Only 3 more days remain to get these retiring products before they are gone for good!
