Home Again Home Again Jiggity Jig

Saturday, July 26, 2014

Well the boys didn’t want to go on to Six Flags in Gurnee, IL so we headed on home. We arrived home around 12:45 AM. I was thinking of what my post for today was going to be about on my drive home. When you drive for 6 hours straight you have plenty of think time.

I decided I wanted to remind you of the great Weekly Deals this week before they are done.
Weekly Deals July 22 28

There are some of my favorites on this week’s list. My top 3 favorites are the Bitty Banners Framelits, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch and the Curly Label punch.

I went through my library of card samples I’ve made and found a few using this week’s deals.

This first card uses the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch and is part of my Regarding Dahlias stamp set of the month. (Yes, this is still available to purchase)

These next two cards feature the Bitty Banner Framelits:

These next few samples use the Curly Label Punch and I found them on Pinterest. I wanted to show you some different uses for this punch. These samples are so cute! I do not know who they were created by but they did a great job.
The curly label punch was used to create the purse on this card.

The curly label punch was used to create the Grinch’s face on this treat holder.
