Pillow Box

Friday, February 26, 2010

Today’s post is the pillow box decorated for Easter.? It is a simple project which is being done at my upcoming workshop.?

First run your card stock thru the Big Shot on the Pillow Box die.? Make sure you use the premium crease pad so you will not?cut thru your card stock and you will have nice score lines.?
Then I placed the pillow box into the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder and ran it thru the Big Shot again.?
I find it easier to wrap the pillow box first with a piece of DSP (Shades of Spring) before you close in the sides and fill it with candy.
Next I stamped the?Easter basket image from the Eggcoutrements stamp set using Regal Rose ink?onto Whisper White card stock and punched it out with the Tag punch.?
I then tied the ribbon around the pillow box and stuck on my tag.
Inside are 3 hershey nuggets wrapped with the same DSP I used on the pillow box.

Have a Great Day!
