On this card I used the Postage stamp punch to create the spotlight technique.  I used the Free as a Bird stamp set and punched out the single bird using the postage stamp punch and colored it in with the blends.

You need to stamp the bird image twice.  The first time I die cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle Dies and the second time I stamped it I used the postage stamp punch.

The background Pool Party piece was ran through the Brick and Mortar 3D embossing folder.

The pearls were colored with the Dark Pool Party Blend.
