Stampin’ Up! Baskets and Bloom Die

Monday, July 12, 2010

Today in my Big Shot club we are featuring the Baskets and Bloom Die.? I have a couple different projects I’m going to show them and they are going to make two different ones.?? Here is one of the projects that they are going to make:

We used the Baskets and Bloom die to create the little basket hanging on the handle of the Gift Bag.?? This creates a nice little gift card holder for chocolates, gift card or birthday card.? I thought the little Big Bold Cupcake die went great with this project and dressed up the gift bag nicely.

Here is a close up of the little basket:

After cutting out the basket; cut off the perforated edge; then?run it thru the Big Shot again in the Square Lattice impressions folder to give it a waffle cone appearance.?? Now score?both sides and the bottom at 1/2″ on both basket pieces and tape them together using sticky strip.? Create your tag using the Sweet Scopes stamp set and the small tag punch and larger tag punch.? Attach your tag to the little basket handle using Linen Thread and tie a little pretty in pink ribbon around the handle.

Here is a close up of the cupcake on the bag:

After cutting out the cupcake pieces I ran it back thru the Big Shot again using the Square Lattice die and the Dotted Impressions dies.? I attached it to the bag using dimensionals.

There you have it a quick and easy gift bag with tag.

Have a Great Day!
