Stampin’ Up! Bells & Boughs

Wednesday, December 12, 2012

Today is the sketch challenge at the Paper Craft Crews Sketch Challenge blog.

Here is the sketch for this week:

Here is my take on the sketch:

I really like how this card turned out; actually better than I had envisioned it. I used the Bells & Boughs stamp set #120831 $19.95 or #121142 $14.95. I’m not much of a watercolorist so just coloring the Holly and Berries is perfect for me. Instead of the circle with ribbon I thought the swap of Holly and Berries would fit perfectly in this sketch. The pearls are the perfect accent to top of the card.

Here is a close up of the bells and holly:

If you would like to order this beautiful Christmas stamps set and any of the accessories please go to my Online Store to place your order.

If you place an order for this stamp set and the coordinating Petals-a-Plenty impressions folder #116824 $7.95 I’ll mail you this card. Thanks so much for all your orders!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Glenda, this is beautiful…….especially how you did the holly and then adding the pearls to the bells. wow!

I too love your site. I have learned lots from you and, where possible, have copied most everything you do.

Absolutely stunning Glenda!! I love the sketch and how you made it your own with your artistic talent. And trust me, your watercoloring is awesome — the berries look so real.
