Stampin’ Up! Big On Christmas

Saturday, November 6, 2010

Today’s sample is another one done using the Big On Christmas stamp set and the Deck the Halls Designer Series paper.  I started with the DSP to create my color scheme, then I used a sketch challenge from Stamping 411 to get my layout and it came together quick and easy and Oh So Beautiful!

I used the Northern Frost Decorative die and the Big Shot to create my snowflakes.  The new antique brads and the lace ribbon were the perfect touch for the vintage look of the card.

Details:
CS:  Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Deck the Halls DSP
Inks:  Craft Black, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke, Soft Suede, Pumpkin Pie Markers
SS:  Big On Christmas
Accessories:  Big Shot, heat gun, lace ribbon, Black embossing powder, Northern Frost Decorative die, Antique Brads

Have a Great Day!
Glenda

    Glenda,
Love this card, I would like to do this for a stamp class if you don’t mind. Did you use bravo Burgundy or Cherry Cobbler, hard to tell here. Can you e-mail me the details, greatly appreciate it. You have my e-mail but here it is any way. [email protected]

    Thanks for sharing.
    Marge
