Today I’m going to take you from simple stamping to a more stepped up version using this one stamp set.  The layout for both cards is the same I just added a bit more elements and dimension to the second card to step up my game.  I think both cards are beautiful but each person has there own style and flare and that’s one of the things I like best about stamping.  I can add my own style and flare to my cards and yes, some people might not like my cards and other’s will love them.

Not only are the designs in this stamp set beautiful, but they are also incredibly easy to use. The high-quality rubber stamps ensure crisp and clear images every time.   You don’t have to be a professional crafter to achieve professional-looking results with this stamp set.

For this card I attached a strip of the beautiful Online Exclusive Tartan Foil Specialty Paper.  If you missed the post about all the Special Online Exclusive Paper Packs you can check them out HERE.  After attaching the Tartan paper to a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock I then embossed it using the Crosshatch embossing folder; which is part of the Online Exclusive Basics 3D Embossing Folders.  I then stamped the leaf image from the Cheers to the Season stamp set and die cut it out with the Stylish Shapes circle die.  Attach a ribbon and some copper Neutral Sequins and done.

Now for the Stepped Up Version:

I started out the same way with this card embossing the strip on the very vanilla cardstock but then I stepped up the other elements on the card.  I die cut a Copper Clay circle and a Very Vanilla circle using the Stylish Shapes dies and I hand cut out the leaf image and popped it up on the circle.  I also used the Copper Clay Twine on this one as well.  I used the Copper Neutral Sequins just like before.  Both cards are beautiful just done in a slightly different way.  The first more basic card is quicker to cut and assemble than the second card but equally as pretty.

Which is your favorite?  Do you like to add more dimension and details to your cards like I did on this one or are you a more traditional simple stamping like the first card?  Didn’t I tell you this was one of the Best Seasonal Stamp Sets in the New Mini Catalog?  You might not think so now but my goal is to show you all the possibilities with this one set!
