The Stampin’ Up! Rainbow Glimmer Paper 2021 meets Sending Hugs Bundle for some sparkle, shimmer, and shine! This is a perfect card for teens birthday or special event. I know my granddaughters love anything that sparkles, shimmers and is pink; so this card is a win in my book.
This is my Fun Fold Friday card. This is a Dutch Door card and normally I would have a video or do a Facebook live or a YouTube live showing you how to create this fun fold. But, I will have to save it for a later date when I am feeling better. A little over a week ago I had surgery; which the doctor told me would be at least a 6 – 8 week recovery. Well I was pretty sure that I would at least be able to stamp in a week. Yeah what was I thinking it’s me and things just never go according to my plan. I’ve had a bit of a complication following the surgery that has left me more tired and not so motivated to stamp. So for now you can see this pretty card and maybe in another week I’ll actually be able to show you how it is done. You may get the idea on how it’s done from the pictures.
If you are familiar with a dutch door term and you look at this photo then you can probably guess how the card was done. What I love about the Stampin’ Up! Rainbow Glimmer Paper 2021 is that it has a rainbow of colors so even though this card is Melon Mambo, Mango Melody and a bit of Purple the paper also has Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana for those who aren’t into the pinks.
I popped the Hugs die up on the front of an additional piece of Glimmer Paper; giving this card even more sparkle and shine.
I added a few Pearls to give it my signature bling and I thought keeping with the white pearls will help bring in the white from the inside of the card.
I told you yesterday that the Sending Hugs Bundle has become one of my favorite bundles lately. Maybe it is because it makes making cards so quick and easy with the fun die and the stamp set; not sure but I like it!
I always like a good bundle that has so many different ways to use it. You haven’t even seen all the different things you can do with this bundle; I’m just getting started. Although you are probably getting sick of it so maybe I’ll move on to something else for a while. Do you like to see something different every day or do you like to see all the possibilities that 1 bundle can do all at once?

I LOVE this card! Do you have a tutorial available with the dimensions used? I would love to CASE this for my daughter.
Hi Patricia, I’m so glad you liked this card. As I stated in the blog post; I just had surgery and have had complications so I will be doing a video at a later date. Just picked up another prescription so hopefully I can get better soon! Stay tuned!
