Twenty-Two Storybook Moments & Timeless Plaid One Sheet Wonder Cards

Did you tune in last night when I went Live on my YouTube Channel to show how to create these 22 cards from just two 12 x 12 sheets of the Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper 6 x 6 papers? If not you missed a fabulous one sheet wonder class, but no worries as I have the video down below in this blog post.

The Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper is part of my Stamp Camp at Home Card Club kit this month.  This paper pack is perfect for my card club as it has 2 sheets of die cuts that are so darn cute you can’t help but create beautiful cards.  Just a note for my card club subscribers, I did not double up on the critters, so you can create the club cards and these cards without worry of not having the critters that I used on all the cards.

Also, on another note the Storybook Moments and the Timeless Plaid paper packs are currently unavailable to order.  They are expected back into the Stampin’ Up! warehouse the week of February 10.  Club members do not need to worry as I have enough packages of the Storybook Moments paper for all the my club members.  If you would like to become a club member see this blog post HERE to subscribe.

Let’s take a look at each of these One Sheet Wonder Cards:

To create these 22 cards you will need to use both sheets of the Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper and 10 sheets of the Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper.  You will cut the 6 x 6 pieces exactly the same way except for cards #3.  Each grouping of cards uses the 4″ X 5 1/4″ plaid on the first card and on the second card is the 2″ X 6″ piece and the inside has the last little strip of plaid paper across the side or bottom.

To create all the banners for the sentiment pieces, I used the Stylish Shapes dies.  Club members do not need the coordinating Storybook Friends bundle to create their cards, but if they want their sentiments to be identical to mine then they will need the bundle.

These cards are the ones that will need the Timeless Plaid paper cut differently.  I cut the 6 x 6 Timeless Plaid 4″ x 6″ and then cut it down to 3″ X 4″ and the remaining 2″ X 6″ strip was cut down for the inside of the cards.  I also changed up the sentiment placement and sentiments on these two cards just to show how you can change them up for different occasions.

For these 2 cards I used the banner piece underneath the circle sentiment piece on both of these cards.  I used some circle punches I have, but you can use the Stylish Shapes dies in place of the circle punches if you don’t have them.

I think these two cards are my favorite of all the cards I created.  I’m not sure why, maybe it is the blue paper or that cute little duck.  These are the perfect baby cards, don’t you think?

This cute little mouse in the teacup is so darn cute and the perfect card to send to your friend letting them know you have been thinking about them.

This is the one and only card that I did not use the Timeless Plaid paper on.  The background paper on these cards is from the Storybook Moments paper, so there was no need to add additional papers.

These cute little squirrel critters make the perfect little Happy Spring cards to send out to family or friends, just to let them know you have been thinking of them.

I love this little badger who has just come back from a day of fishing, so proud of his catch.   These would also make some great masculine birthday cards by changing the sentiments to happy birthday.  I wanted to stick with the Storybook friends bundle, so went with the Happy Spring sentiment on these two cards.

This happy little squirrel is stacking up his acorns, most likely for winter, but we’ll go with Spring.

These are the final two cards in the grouping.  After the video I decided to use the coordinating Timeless Plaid papers on the envelope tops to show how you can make the envelopes coordinate with the cards.  You will have an extra piece of the printed paper left over after doing both envelopes to add to the inside of the second card.

There you have it 22 One Sheet Wonder cards using the Storybook Moments and the Timeless Plaid papers.  If you use the extra plaid papers on the envelopes you will have a gorgeous set of cards to keep, give away or send out.

Card Club members will receive the download project sheets featuring these 22 cards in the photo gallery here on my blog.  This is just one of the perks for being in my card club, bonus PDF files.

Thanks France, You know me, I love a good one sheet wonder and the sheet of paper from the Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper pack had just the paper I love! The one sheet wonder layouts were already done for me; just a matter of cutting and assembly.
