411 Sketch Challenge

Monday, December 13, 2010

I thought it was time to do a few Sketch Challenges again.  When I’m having a slump in my stamping I turn to the sketch challenges for inspiration and new layout ideas.   For today’s card sample I used the 411 sketch challenge.

The Cherry Cobbler Scallop circle gives just the right amount of pop to the card I think.  It makes the bells the focal point of the card.  I also made the bells sparkly by smooching the entire piece of card stock with Versamark and then embossed it with Iridescent Ice embossing powder.  I then added the tiny little pearls to the bell.  Love those Pearl Jewels!  Here’s a close up of the bells:

The picture just doesn’t do this card justice.  It is really beautiful in person.

Have a Great Day!

The white c/s makes the whole thing pop. The colors stand out against the white flowers. Gonna have to make one of these today!
