Try It Thursday! – How to create the Grill Master Apron Card/Gift Card Holder.  This is a great card for the Grill Master in your life for Father’s day or a birthday.  Heck, it would also make a great Retirement card.

On Monday I showed you how to create the Apron Card/Gift Card Holder for Mom for Mother’s Day.   I also said I had a Grill Master Apron card to show you as well.  Well today is that card.  This is a very versatile card for any occasion just change up the stamp set, papers and sentiment.

Below is the video from Monday’s Live event.

Today’s Grill Master card is created the same just change up the papers, sentiment, ribbon and inks.  The Project Sheet below in this post has all the supplies used on today’s Grill Master Apron card.

NOTE:  I just found out that the Layering Ovals Dies are no longer available.  I’m sorry about that but I do have a solution for this card.  You will find the Printable Pattern Below in this blog post.  Simply print it out; landscape at 100% scale.   Cut out the patterns, trace and cut them out of your card stock or designer papers.

You will notice on this view that I added a strip of the Well Suited Designer Series Papers to the inside to bring in a bit of that Grill Master feel to the inside of the card.

Again, just like the card in the video you can create a pocket on the backside so you have a front and back pocket if you like.

The ribbon I used is the Denim ribbon and the Playing with Patterns Resin Dots were colored with the Black Dark Blend.

What do you think of my Grill Master Apron Card/Gift Card Holder?  I think it turned out pretty well.
