Easy One Sheet Wonder Cards – Five Beautiful Designs from One Sheet

five beautiful one sheet wonder cards from the stamp camp

Last night was One Sheet Wonder night, and I created five beautiful cards from just one sheet of the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty Designer Series Paper. One of the things I love most about a One Sheet Wonder is how quickly you can turn a single sheet of patterned paper into multiple finished cards without a lot of extra planning.

With just one 12″ x 12″ sheet, you can create five gorgeous cards in no time. It’s a great way to stretch your designer paper and make the most of those beautiful patterns we all love.

The first card I created was a fun fold card that really shows off the paper design. Fun folds are always a favorite because they add a little something extra when the recipient opens the card. This design lets the paper shine while still being quick and easy to put together.

The remaining four cards were created from the leftover pieces after cutting for the fun fold card. That’s the beauty of a One Sheet Wonder—nothing goes to waste. Each of those leftover pieces turned into another card, and they came out just as beautiful as the original fun fold design. It’s always amazing how a few well-planned cuts can give you enough pieces to create an entire set of coordinating cards.

I do want to mention that the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty Designer Series Paper is currently sold out and is expected to be back in the warehouse the week of April 6, 2026. That seems to be happening a lot lately with the products I use in my Card Club projects—I guess I’m choosing some pretty popular suites!

The good news is that this One Sheet Wonder layout works with any designer series paper you have on hand. Whether it’s a current suite, a favorite paper pack from your stash, or something seasonal, the same cutting layout and card designs will work beautifully. It’s a fantastic way to use up those papers you’ve been saving.

Now let’s take a closer look at last night’s five beautiful One Sheet Wonder cards.

The first card I created was a fun fold card that accordion folds out, showcasing the beautiful Lovely & Beautiful print. This style of card is perfect for highlighting designer paper because as it opens, more of the pattern is revealed. It also allows you to showcase both sides of the Designer Series Paper, which is always a bonus when both sides are just as pretty as the other.

Even with the fun fold design, there is still plenty of room on the inside to stamp or write a personal message, making it just as practical as it is pretty.

To decorate the card inside and out, I used several of the coordinating products from the suite. The Beautifully Celebrated Dies and the Simply Beautiful Bundle were perfect for stamping and die-cutting the sentiments and the lovely flower image. These pieces add just the right amount of detail without taking away from the beauty of the paper.

I also brought in the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack, which includes those gorgeous gold vellum pieces that add a soft elegance to the design. The gold accents layer beautifully over the paper and give the card a little extra sparkle.

With the elegant paper, soft florals, and gold vellum accents, this card would be perfect for celebrating a special couple.

For Card #2, I used two of the 8 squares that were left over from the original designer paper cuts. These squares were perfect for creating a simple layered design on the card front, letting the beautiful print still be the main focus.

To add a little extra detail, I stamped and die cut the flower and leaves from the Simply Beautiful Bundle. For the flower, I stamped Petal Pink cardstock using Petal Pink ink, which gives a soft tone-on-tone look. The leaves were stamped on Old Olive cardstock using Old Olive ink, then die cut with the coordinating dies. This is a super quick and easy way to use your stamps and dies while keeping everything soft and coordinated.

This time, I left off a sentiment on the card front. Doing this makes the card much more versatile, so it can easily be used for multiple occasions—whether it’s a thank you card, birthday card, thinking of you, or even a simple note to brighten someone’s day.

Card #3 was created the same way as the previous card, but I changed up a few of the layers to give it a slightly different look.

This time I used a Petal Pink card base, with a Calypso Coral mat layer on top. To add a little extra detail, I embossed the Calypso Coral mat using the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder. Embossing the mat piece adds a bit of texture and dimension to the card front, which really helps the other elements stand out.

For the sentiment, I used two of the framelit dies from the Beautifully Celebrated Dies to cut the sentiment and gold mat piece. This gives the sentiment a nice finished look and coordinates beautifully with the rest of the design.

To finish the card, I added another one of the gold vellum flowers and leaves from the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack. These pieces add a soft, elegant touch and tie the whole design together while still letting the beautiful paper shine.

Card #4 was created using just one of the leftover squares from the designer paper. I matted the square onto a piece of Calypso Coral cardstock before placing it on the card front, which helps the square pop and gives it a polished look.

The Petal Pink piece on the card front was embossed again with the Beautiful Pattern Embossing Folder, adding subtle texture and interest to the background.

For the sentiment, I stamped it and then die cut it using the Stylish Shapes Dies, giving it a clean, modern frame. To add a little extra dimension, I tucked a strip of Calypso Coral cardstock behind the sentiment.

Finally, I finished the card with a few Pearlized Faceted Circles, which add a touch of elegance and a little sparkle without overwhelming the design. This card is simple but still very polished and versatile.

Card #5 was created in the same style as Card #4, but I flipped the colors for a fresh look. This time, I matted the square with Petal Pink and attached it to the Calypso Coral cardstock, reversing the color placement from the previous card.

The strip under the sentiment was made slightly wider across the card front, which adds balance and draws the eye to the sentiment. Speaking of the sentiment, I used one from the Prayers and Promises Stamp Set and die cut it with the Beautifully Celebrated Dies, giving it a polished, layered appearance.

This color-flipped design shows just how easy it is to create variety with a single One Sheet Wonder layout, making all five cards coordinate beautifully while each having its own unique look.
