If you caught my class last night on my YouTube channel, then you probably saw that I’m changing things up a bit around here!
I will no longer be doing One Sheet Wonders every Thursday night. Instead, I’ll be sharing new easy stamping techniques that anyone can master — especially beginners who want beautiful results without complicated steps.
Thursday nights may now feature:
- Stamping techniques
- Fun fold cards
- Fresh card layouts
- Creative background ideas
- And yes… every now and then maybe even a One Sheet Wonder!
I’ve been doing One Sheet Wonders since 2023, and I think it’s time to shake things up a little and try something new.
Last night’s class featured the beautiful new 2026–2028 In Colors along with a super quick and easy stamping technique using the new Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder and White Craft Ink Pad. This technique is perfect for beginners because it creates gorgeous texture and highlights with very little effort. Sometimes the simplest techniques make the biggest impact!
I also shared an exciting opportunity to join my team during the Stampin’ Up! promotion happening May 5–31, 2026.
When you join my team during this special promotion, you have TWO amazing options:
Option #1

Now let’s take a closer look at each of the beautiful new 2026–2028 In Colors!
Hydrangea Hue
First up is the beautiful new Hydrangea Hue In Color.
This card is my favorite of all 5 of the new In Colors, and honestly, this card completely steals the show! That’s why I decided to showcase this one during the video tutorial.
I created all 5 cards exactly the same way, so I only demonstrated the technique using this card. The best part is that this is such a simple and easy stamping technique that anyone can do — even beginners.
To create this look, simply emboss your cardstock using any 3D embossing folder. For these cards, I used the beautiful new Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder. Once embossed, gently rub the White Craft Ink Pad across the raised embossed areas. You can add as much or as little ink as you like depending on the look you want to achieve.
The results are absolutely stunning!
After that, simply add the embossed piece directly to your card front, or layer it onto another coordinating piece of cardstock first for extra dimension. Finish your card with a simple sentiment and embellishments and you’re done!
I used the Banner Sayings Bundle for all 5 of my cards along with the new In Color Dots to embellish them. These products worked perfectly with this easy stamping technique for card making and really allowed the new colors to shine.
For the inside of the cards, I wanted to bring that same beautiful embossed look to the inside as well. To do that, I embossed a strip of cardstock using the same Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder and then lightly rubbed the White Craft Ink Pad over the raised areas, just like I did on the front of the card.
I then adhered the embossed strip to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock before attaching it to the inside of the card. This simple extra touch really ties the entire card together and gives the inside a finished designer look while still keeping the card clean and elegant.
For these 5 In Color cards, I chose to rub the White Craft Ink over the embossed, or raised, side of the cardstock. However, you can also use this same easy stamping technique on the debossed side of the cardstock as well.
This card shows what the debossed version looks like. It is absolutely beautiful too, but personally I prefer the raised embossed side because the white ink really highlights all the gorgeous details of the design.
Honestly, it simply comes down to personal preference, and that’s one of the things I love about this easy stamping technique for card making — you can experiment and create different looks using the exact same embossing folder and supplies.
Crisp Cantaloupe
Next up is the Crisp Cantaloupe In Color. This is my second favorite of the new In Colors, and it really shines in this simple design.
As you can see, adding a few extra In Color Dots to the card front really enhances the overall look and takes the design up a notch. Those little embellishments add just the right amount of sparkle and interest without overpowering the technique.
Just a quick reminder when you start layering on embellishments — more “lumps and bumps” on the card front will usually require either hand delivery or additional postage.
Barely Blush
Barely Blush is next, and if you’re looking for a soft, elegant card design, this one is perfect for just about any occasion. It has such a gentle, calming feel that works beautifully for birthdays, thank you cards, thinking of you, or even simple everyday notes.
This soft color is truly gorgeous in person. As always, photos never quite capture the full beauty of these cards — the subtle tones and embossed texture really need to be seen in real life to be fully appreciated.
This is one of those colors that proves you don’t need bold or bright shades to make a stunning card. Sometimes soft and simple really says it best.
Golden Glow
Golden Glow brings a warm, rich tone to this collection and will be absolutely perfect for fall-themed cards, Thanksgiving projects, and any design where you want that cozy, seasonal feel.
Even though it shines in autumn projects, it also works beautifully with this easy stamping technique. The White Craft Ink really softens the embossed details and allows the texture to stand out, giving the cardstock a beautifully elegant finish no matter the season.
This is a great reminder that In Colors are incredibly versatile — don’t be afraid to use them outside of traditional “seasonal” ideas.
Peaceful Pine
Peaceful Pine is a beautiful green that, like Golden Glow, this green will be absolutely fabulous for your Christmas cards. It has that perfect rich tone that makes holiday projects feel classic and festive, but it also works beautifully for any season depending on how you pair it.
One thing I do want to point out is that the Craft White appears a bit darker on these last two cards. That’s because they were the final cards I created, so the craft ink wasn’t quite dry when I took the photos. In person, the white highlights are much softer and more consistent across all the designs.
If you really want your White Craft Ink to really stand out, you can take this technique one step further by adding clear embossing powder and heat setting it, just like I did on this sample.
For this version, I also chose to work on the debossed side of the cardstock instead of the raised side. Once the clear embossing powder is heat set, it creates a beautiful shimmer and shine across the entire design.
It also brings out a subtle two-tone effect that really adds depth and interest to the finished card. It’s amazing how such a simple extra step can completely change the look of the technique.
This is just another fun variation of this easy stamping technique for card making — proof that small tweaks can give you very different (and stunning) results!
